We offer custom manufacturing for a wide variety of military hats, including wide-brimmed hats, training caps, berets, baseball caps, ceremonial caps, and rolled-brim hats. We can produce prototypes based on physical samples, images, or drawings provided by customers, and we accept custom orders from groups, organizations, and international clients based on their provided samples.
Minimum order quantities vary by style and manufacturing process. The standard minimum order quantity for custom orders is 100 units. We can accommodate small-quantity sample orders, for which a sample fee will be charged; this fee can be credited against the total order cost upon placement of a production order, as agreed. Please contact us for an accurate quote.
The sample production cycle is typically 5–7 business days. Once the sample is approved, the standard production cycle for bulk orders is 15–25 business days. The order quantity and the complexity of the embroidery or printing processes may affect the production timeline; we will provide an accurate delivery date before you place your order.
We offer customization for logos, badges, and organizational emblems. Available techniques include 3D embroidery, flat embroidery, heat transfer, metal badges, and woven labels. You may provide vector files; if you don’t have any, you can send us an image and we’ll handle the design and layout.
We can provide custom samples. Once the customer confirms their customization requirements, we will arrange for sample production; a sample fee and shipping charges will apply. If a subsequent bulk order reaches the agreed-upon quantity, the sample fee can be applied toward the purchase price. Customers may request to view samples from our in-stock inventory directly.
We offer a variety of head circumference sizes and provide a size chart for customers’ reference. We support mixed-size orders, allowing us to allocate quantities of each size according to customer needs, and we verify the size distribution before shipment.
